Electrical marine systems

Step into the world of maritime installations. We are a down-to-earth group with origins in Sliedrecht. We work hard on the most beautiful projects, and that’s what unites us: a passion for the amazing things we create, all around the world. We’ve been doing this for a long time—and with success. The secret? Craftsmanship, innovation, and relationships.

Walk through the building, and you’ll feel the craftsmanship. One common factor is the passion you have for what you do—whether it’s neatly laying cables or maintaining good relationships. That passion drives us to look further into the future: where are we heading, and how can we improve?

We have many different disciplines within ‘EMS,’ but we ensure we stay true to our identity as a real family business. We do this by organizing company-wide outings or holding our weekly Friday afternoon drinks at our café, ‘De Leuning.’ The bond we have with each other as colleagues is invaluable.

Sales:

Sales Department operates with a strategic, interactive sales mindset, moving beyond traditional approaches to focus on proactive engagement and value-driven solutions. By identifying customer needs through effective communication, we deliver tailored solutions supported by all the departments in our company, that truly align with customer requirements.

Our approach is built on three key disciplines:

  • Parts: Providing fast and reliable access to high-quality components, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
  • Account Managers: Cultivating strong client relationships, understanding business challenges, and delivering customized solutions.
  • Sales Engineers: Crafting precise and competitive proposals that align technical expertise with customer needs.

Together, these disciplines create a seamless, customer-centric sales experience, combining expertise, responsiveness, and strategic problem-solving.

Engineering:

The Engineering department focuses on the design, development, and implementation of maritime systems, with three key areas of expertise: Automation, Power Systems, and Hardware Engineering. Within Automation, we integrate systems such as power management, alarm monitoring, and energy management into one platform, tailored to customer needs.

In Power Systems, we ensure reliable and safe electrical installations that meet maritime standards.

Hardware Engineering is dedicated to the design and installation of advanced systems, such as skidding and jack-up systems, where we apply the latest technologies.

Within Engineering, you will work on both design and implementation, with the opportunity to realize innovative, comprehensive solutions in a technically dynamic environment.

Our Supply Chain ensures that everything runs smoothly, from obtaining materials to the final delivery of projects. It starts with the logistics department, which coordinates all logistics and inventory management, ensuring we always have the right resources at the right time. Project Managment:

The project management team plays a crucial role in the success of every project by ensuring that all departments within the project work seamlessly together. They act as the central point of contact and coordinate all activities, from the initial planning to the final delivery. By setting clear goals and closely monitoring progress, they ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the established quality standards. They maintain an overview, plan carefully, and anticipate potential challenges, allowing any risks to be addressed in a timely manner. With their focus on efficiency and communication, they ensure that the execution runs smoothly and that the project team performs at its best.
