Supervisor Yachting

What's the highlight of your work as a Supervisor Yachting?

As a Supervisor Yachting, you'll be responsible for the daily management of electrical installation teams onboard yachts. You'll monitor the planning, quality, safety (VCA/NEN 3140), and progress of maritime electrical projects. You'll work closely with project management, commissioning engineers, and clients on-site.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising engineers and technicians
• Monitoring planning, quality, and safety Checking electrical installations and schedules Identifying additional or reduced work
• Reporting to the Yachting Project Manager

What do you bring?

• A completed Electrical Engineering degree At least 3 years of experience in yacht building
• Knowledge of maritime installations, power distribution, and control systems VCA (preferably VOL) ​​and NEN 3140
• Preferabl you live in the Amsterdam/Aalsmeer area
• You are willing to travel, including for projects abroad
• Good command of Dutch and English

Our employment conditions

• Depending on your experience, you'll receive an attractive salary between €3,500 and €4,200 gross per month based on a full-time contract. This will be discussed with you at an early stage;
• We work under the Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal and Technology Industry;
• 25 vacation days for full-time employment; 13 ADV days for full-time employment;
• You will be registered with the Pension Fund for the Metal and Technology Industry;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
