What is the highlight of your work as Site Manager Yachting?

In the role of Site Manager, you coordinate the assembly and installation activities for maritime installations in the Amsterdam/Aalsmeer region.

You lead a team, monitor progress and are responsible for completing projects within the budgeted hours. You organise the planning and material supply. In addition, you are the point of contact for clients and third parties, attend construction meetings and maintain close contact with suppliers, the Planning and Engineering departments, and the Project Manager.

This is what you bring:
  • A completed vocational (MBO) education in Electrical Engineering;

  • At least two years of demonstrable relevant work experience as Site Manager within yacht building;

  • Sufficient technical background for this role, based on demonstrable work experience;

  • Strong organisational skills and good at planning and communication;

  • VCA VOL and NEN 3140 certification, or willingness to obtain these;

  • Good command of the Dutch and English language;

  • Driving licence B;

  • Preferably residing in the Amsterdam/Aalsmeer region;

Furthermore, you
  • Know how to motivate and challenge people to get the best out of themselves;

  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and show initiative;

  • Are customer-oriented and solution-focused;

  • Work accurately;

Our employment conditions
  • Depending on your experience, you will receive an attractive salary between € 3,500 and € 4,200 gross per month based on full-time employment. This will be discussed with you at an early stage;

  • We work under the Collective Labour Agreement for the Metal and Engineering Sector (CAO Metaal en Techniek);

  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment;

  • 13 ADV days (reduction of working hours) based on full-time employment;

  • You will be enrolled in the Pension Fund for the Metal and Engineering Sector;

  • Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km;

  • A company laptop, phone and car, with the option of private use;

  • Reimbursement of training costs through our training budget;

  • Discount on sports via Bedrijfsfitness Nederland;

  • Collective discounts, for example on your health insurance;

  • Study fund for your children as a contribution to their study costs.
