What's the highlight of your work as a On-site Workpreparation Engineer Yachting?

As a On-site Workpreparation Engineer Yachting, you'll be responsible for the technical and logistical preparation of electrical installations onboard yachts. You'll translate engineering documentation into executable work packages and ensure optimal planning and material supply. Your responsibilities: Preparing work packages and material lists Analyzing electrical drawings and diagrams Coordinating with engineering, purchasing, and implementation Monitoring progress and planning Supporting project management.

What do you bring?

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Experience with work preparation in the yacht building industry Knowledge of maritime installations is a plus Experience with ERP and planning systems
• Preferabl you live in the Amsterdam/Aalsmeer area
• You are willing to travel, including for projects abroad
• Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English

Our employment conditions

• Depending on your experience, you will receive an attractive salary between €3,800 and €4,500 gross per month based on a full-time contract. This will be discussed with you at an early stage;
• We work under the Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal and Technology Industry;
• 25 vacation days for full-time employment; 13 ADV days for full-time employment;
• You will be registered with the Pension Fund for the Metal and Technology Industry;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
• A laptop and telephone from the company;
