What's the highlight of your work as an On-site Project Manager Yachting?

As On-site Project Manager Yachting, you'll be responsible for the accurate scoping, engineering, preparation, planning, and execution of our projects. This will be done according to the predetermined scope, schedule, and budget. You'll also be the point of contact for our clients, translating customer requests into technical solutions and questions, supervising installation and any additional work. In short, you'll be the point of contact for our clients and will translate customer needs into internal processes, guaranteeing timely and correct delivery to our clients. You'll collaborate extensively with the Lead Engineer from the Engineering department, the Project Manager Yachting, the project team, and any external clients. You'll report to the Operations Manager and are always available to brainstorm with colleagues. Your responsibilities: Managing Yachting projects Budget monitoring and risk management Managing project teams and supervisors Maintaining client contacts Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

What do you bring to the table?

• A relevant technical qualification;
• HBO work and thinking level;
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in project support and/or project management (junior/intermediate);
• You have experience in yacht building;
• You hold a VCA VOL certificate or are willing to obtain one;
• You preferably live in the Amsterdam/Aalsmeer region;
• You are willing to travel, including for projects abroad;
• You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English. Furthermore, You have a passion for technology;
• You are a team player with an eye for all levels within the organization;
• You work in a disciplined and accurate manner;
• You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate initiative; You are customer-focused and driven in your profession.

Our Employment Conditions

• Depending on your experience, you'll receive an attractive salary between €4,500 and €5,500 gross per month based on a full-time contract;
• This will be discussed with you from an early stage;
• We operate under the Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal and Technology Industry;
• 25 vacation days for full-time employment;
• 13 ADV days for full-time employment;
• You will be registered with the Pension Fund for the Metal and Technology Industry;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
